Our goal is to provide high-quality WordPress themes and plugins that work as described and meet your needs.
Although digital content cannot be returned in the same way that physical products can, we provide a clear return and support policy so you can feel confident about your purchase.
2. What applies to returns on digital products (EU legislation)
Under European legislation (Directives 2011/83/EU & 2019/770/EU), digital content delivered directly by download is not subject to withdrawal once the download has begun, provided that the customer has:
agrees to immediate delivery and
acknowledges that he loses the right of withdrawal.
For WordPress themes & plugins this means that once the file is downloaded, there is no automatic right of return.
However, your rights remain in effect in the event of a defective or non-functional product.
3. When are you entitled to a refund?
We provide refunds in the following cases:
3.1 The product does not work as described
If the theme or plugin:
has serious technical issues,
cannot be installed,
does not work as described or in the demo,
then you are entitled to support or a refund.
3.2 We were unable to resolve the issue
We will first try to fix the problem through technical support.
If we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.
3.3 The product is incompatible even though it was declared as compatible
For example, if the theme claims compatibility with a specific WordPress version, PHP version, or WooCommerce version and it turns out that it is not, you are entitled to a refund.
4. When do we not provide a refund?
No refunds are possible in the following cases:
❌ Wrong purchase
If you purchased the wrong product (e.g. the wrong theme or plugin), a refund is not possible after download.
❌ Change of mind
Because products are digital and cannot be “returned,” changing your mind is not a reason for a return.
❌ Incompatibility with third-party plugins or themes
We cannot guarantee functionality with all plugins on the market.
❌ Lack of technical knowledge / misuse
We do not provide refunds due to:
incorrect configuration,
bad hosting settings,
use outside of instructions.
❌ If you have already used and modified the code
Custom changes or interventions in the theme/plugin void the right of return.
5. Refund request process
To request a refund:
Contact support via email or ticket.
Describe the problem and add screenshots or error logs.
We will first try to resolve any technical issues.
If no solution is found, the refund is approved and the money is credited to the original payment method.
Response time: 1–3 business days
Refund time: 5–10 business days (depending on the bank).
6. What does the purchase include?
With the purchase you get:
direct access to the installation file
technical support for the duration of the license
free updates
Due to instant delivery, the file is considered “used” from the moment it is downloaded.
7. Time Limit for Submitting a Return Request (14 Days).
Refund requests are accepted exclusively within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product.
After 14 days:
It is not possible to submit a refund request for any reason,
Even in case of technical problems,
And no form of financial compensation is provided.
This is because these are digital products that are immediately accessible and usable from the moment of purchase. For this reason, any request must be submitted in a timely manner so that it can be evaluated and resolved within the timeframe provided by our policy.
